The Road to the Castle
We are Sofia and Manuel. We met while working in fine dining, a field in which we both gained years of experience in different cities.
Our journey allowed us to refine our skills in exclusive settings and discover diverse places. At the same time, it nurtured in us the desire for a form of hospitality that was less codified, less formal. Castel Pergine became the answer — a way to give life to a new idea of luxury: our own.
Luxury, as We See It
We invite our guests to free themselves from conventions, to fully embrace everything the Castle has to offer.
A place with a unique personality, which we wish to preserve, respect, and enhance. Every choice — from the absence of TV and Wi-Fi in the rooms to the respect for the building’s original structure — stems from this vision.
Here, luxury is not about the quantity of services, but the quality of the experience: it is dining beneath vaulted ceilings, reading among flowering trees, strolling along ancient walls.
